Our supportive wellness services

Four areas of supportive and complementary care offered alongside standard medical treatment, for people affected by cancer and the families who care for them.

Please note: These are supportive and complementary wellness services. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure cancer, and they are not a substitute for medical care. Please continue to follow the guidance of your doctor or hospital team.

Nutrition and lifestyle guidance

Many people find that appetite, taste, and energy change during treatment. Our team offers practical, everyday conversations about eating well within these changes, gentle guidance on staying hydrated and nourished, and simple lifestyle adjustments that support comfort and rest.

Emotional and counselling support

A cancer diagnosis can bring fear, grief, anger, and uncertainty, for the person diagnosed and for those who love them. We offer a private, unhurried space to talk these feelings through, without judgement and at a pace that feels right for each individual.

Family support and care coordination

We offer families a space to ask questions, plan practical care at home, and stay connected as a household through a demanding season. This includes helping families understand what supportive services are available and how sessions can fit around medical appointments.

  • Coordination around medical appointments and routines
